Tube gone but not forgotton

Mia's tube came out last Thursday and we have successfully kept it out for a week now. The outage was accidental, but we decided to give her a go. She isn't drinking really well, but she has never had to drink, so probably just doesn't understand. She gets most of her fluid from custard, yoghurt and jelly, and sips water from her sipper cup. Her appetite has definately improved without the force feeding, and she is doing really well. Weigh in at the end of next week will be the real test!

Otherwise she is doing really well and as you can see, is as cute as ever.
Cheers!
Lyndall

Such good news about the tube! And her proud granny reported Mia is crawling as well - what a star!
Another beautiful picture of her too.

I continue to be amazed by how well Mia is doing, she looks truly beautiful in that picture, and in those that the English postie dropped on my door over the weekend. Thank you! Will email soon....

More lovely pictures. Hope she's still managing without the tube and the weigh-in goes (has gone?) well. Hopefully Caroline will bring her photos over for us to see at some stage too.
Glad to hear Mia's doing so well anyway. Lots of love from a wet, windy and autumnal UK! J & N x
